Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, go to the checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
N.B. Images are intended to be for reference and are not always the exact image of the product you will receive. Where possible the colour and specification is as stated.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Visa Delta. We also offer Paypal & Nochex. You may send your credit card information over the Internet (secure server)
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA E-MAIL, THIS IS NOT A SECURE METHOD FOR ONLINE PURCHASING!
High Peak Mobiles reserves the right to amend obvious pricing errors that may be shown on the internet when purchasing items. Whilst care is taken to ensure all prices are correct, input errors will be notified to the purchaser upon reciept of their order.
Shipping And Handling
ALL RETAIL PRICES ARE QUOTED AT POINT OF ORDER. Standard delivery charges on accessories are £2.50 (Special Delivery £5.50) for UK. For overseas deliveries please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Schedule
When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.
Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day.
Please note: deliveries will only be sent to the cardholders address.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as a delivery/billing address (we will only send to the card billing address), email address and contact number. All information is collectedin accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your details. You can check the information that we hold by sending an email to us.
Guarantee
To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus 20% of item cost and postage if applicable).
When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

High Peak Mobiles will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, password-protected servers.
The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We do, however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of preventing crime. You will be notified in the event of any information being transferred outside the European Economic area.
We may use the e-mail addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the High Peak Mobiles web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
You have the right to refuse any e-mail marketing from us in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the High Peak Mobiles web site.

Remittance Terms
Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using one of our accepted payment methods. Cheque payments will be subject to normal clearance delays prior to us shipping your order (normally no more than 5 working days, though occasionally longer).
