It works in a similar way to Credit Card Loss and Theft Assistance.
When joining foneAssist members register a range of details about themselves and their mobile phone, this information is used by us to assist our members in the event of loss and theft.
In the event of loss or theft foneASSIST is designed to allow members to ring one number worldwide to access their registered information and get a range of practical assistance services to enable them to block, report and recover their handset.

All paperwork and registration cards will be despatched within 7 days of cleared funds. It is then up to you to complete the registration online. Failure to do so will make it null and void. Full instructions on how to complete the registration will be sent.

In association with the Immobilise National Property Register and Recovery Service if your phone is recovered we will contact you and organise its return to your home.
